They couldn’t have asked for a prettier day! Here in our Maryland part of the world you never know what a late September day will bring – heat, humidity, rain, cold, wind…Ryun and Andee’s wedding day dawned clear, crisp and beautiful. Not a cloud in the sky and the temperature was perfect.  When I met Ryun at the venue he seemed so calm and relaxed (though a little hungry because he had gone to church in the morning and hadn’t eaten lunch yet). Cue the pastor who was supposed to be bringing him a cheeseburger! Love it! When I arrived where Andee was getting ready, she too seemed very relaxed and peaceful. In fact, the whole day was laid back in the best sense.

The wedding was a family affair with Andee’s sister and maid of honor Daniela doing her hair and make up, her brother was the DJ and  guests consisted mostly of family with a few close friends. There were lots of cousins, aunts and uncles and plenty of laughter to go around. It was such a great vibe!

The gentle way that Ryun looks out for Andee and Andee’s sense of fun and laughter (icing on Ryun’s nose for example), their commitment to keeping Christ at the center and the close support of family and friends hold the promise of a the sweetest of marriages.  There was so much joy in watching these two become one.
